Luis Marini, President of the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Concursal (IIDC), has co-authored a chapter in the IIDC’s 20th anniversary book.

The chapter, co-authored with IIDC Vice-President Carmen Conde, focuses on the diverse legal regimes for avoidance actions across Latin America and Europe. It provides a comprehensive analysis of avoidance actions in Puerto Rico, examining their application under both Federal Bankruptcy Law and Puerto Rico’s Civil Code.

The book was officially launched and published during the XX Annual Congress of the IIDC in Lima, Peru, marking a significant milestone for the organization and showcasing the latest advancements in bankruptcy and insolvency law across the region.

This contribution underscores the IIDC’s commitment to fostering knowledge exchange and advancing the understanding of bankruptcy law within the international legal community.
