03 Aug MPM Attorneys Elected to Leadership Roles in the IIDC – Puerto Rico Chapter
MPM is proud to announce that Managing Member Carolina Velaz Rivero has been elected Vice President, and Ignacio Labarca has been elected as Vocal to the Board of Directors of the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Concursal – Hon. Gerardo Carlo Altieri, Puerto Rico Chapter.
These appointments reflect their ongoing commitment to advancing the practice of insolvency and restructuring law while supporting the Institute’s mission to promote professional collaboration and legal scholarship throughout Puerto Rico and the broader Ibero-American community.
The firm also recognizes MPM’s Luis Marini for his dedicated service as President and now Immediate Past President. His leadership has left a lasting mark on the Institute, and MPM is grateful for his continued involvement and guidance as the organization begins this new chapter.
MPM also extends its congratulations to Juan Carlos Fortuño on his election as President, along with the newly elected and re-elected members of the Board of Directors.
