Diego is an associate at Marini Pietrantoni Muñiz LLC in the Corporate and Transactions Practice Group.

Prior to joining Marini Pietrantoni Muniz LLC, Diego was a law clerk for a major firm in Puerto Rico, focusing his work on areas such as Estate Planning, Corporate, and Real Estate Law. Between 2021 and 2023, Diego also served as Aide to the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Public Private Partnership Authority, where he advised and collaborated in the entire procurement and award process for several public-private partnerships between the Government of Puerto Rico and private service providers as established in Act 29-2009.

Diego holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering with minors in Political Science and Mathematics from the University of Connecticut. As an undergraduate student, he participated in the Honors Congressional Internship Program at Washington, D. C., where he worked as an intern for Rep. Joeseph Courtney (CT—2nd). He later earned his Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
