Mariana focuses her practice in Corporate and Real Estate Practice matters. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is also a licensed Notary Public in the same jurisdiction.

Prior to joining Marini Pietrantoni Muñiz LLC, Mariana worked for a major firm in Puerto Rico, focusing on various areas of corporate and real estate law. While in law school, she completed a year of supervised practice at the University of Puerto Rico’s Intellectual Property Legal Aid Clinic which is authorized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Law School Clinic Certification Program.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus where she majored in Marketing and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus, both with Magna Cum Laude distinctions.
